Director Software Engineering,Netherlands

Head of the engineering team responsible for the upper level of the software stack, including UI and application frameworks and all web-technologies. Responsibility includes all line, budget, delivery, and technology aspects.

The candidate should provide leadership and direction to a world-class software development team (approx. 160 FTE). The senior leadership candidate establishes a professional managerial, commercial and technical relationship with several internal stakeholders. In addition, Director Software Engineering will be a member of the Client Technology leadership team reporting directly to VP, Client Technology. As a member of this team, You will be an active contributor to R&D strategy and the tactical operation of the group.
